The inversion Bar comes with all the hardware necessary to mounts in a solid wood doorway from 28" to 36", that are built to national building code standards. Max. Capacity is 225 lbs.
Locking Brackets are mounted to the door frame with screws. Locking pieces snap over the Inversion Bar, but can be unlocked to remove the Bar from the door frame. Foam Hand Grips make mount / dismount more comfortable, and help prevent calluses and slippery hands when performing chin-ups.

Gravity Boots come in 2 sizes: The gravity boots come in 2 sizes, Standard and XL. The XL boots have a diameter 1 inch larger and 1 inch taller than the Standard. The XL boots are not made with calf loops as they are not needed.
(Order the XL, only if you have a well above average size calf.)
